PREPARE THE LISTING
Initial meeting, walk-through and needs analysis with me
Second meeting to review Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and sign listing documents
Establish a competitive listing price
Prepare your property for sale: staging, photography, etc.
Launch “coming soon” marketing campaign to our 70 Keller Williams Experience Realty agents
Provide final proof of your MLS and Additional Features flyer for your review
Create Featured Listing Booklets and flyers for showings
OFFICIAL START IF LISTING
Deliver yard sign and lockbox
Launch “Just Listed” marketing campaign
Schedule virtual Open House (Pierce Productions to film intro)
FROM CONTRACT-TO-CLOSING
Receive and present offers
Negotiate contract
Once under contract, facilitate inspection process (14-day period)
Negotiate repair requests
Transactional Coordinator oversees the contract-to-closing process
Facilitate and schedule the appraisal
One week before closing, final closing instructions email will be sent; utilities transferred at this time
Buyer’s final walk-through (24 hours prior to closing)
